ADVENTURES IN LUNCH
This is a monthly lunch group seeking unusual and unique restaurants and great food.
ANNUAL PARTY
The club plans a party for members and guests to socialize while enjoying dinner, dancing, and games.
BOOK CLUB
This group is for those who enjoy reading and a robust discussion of both best sellers and hidden gems. We typically meet on the fourth Friday of the month. Books are chosen by members at our September meeting. Lunch at a nearby restaurant is optional afterward. We’re a fun and friendly group that warmly welcomes fellow book lovers!
BRIDGE
This activity meets the first Thursday of each month for Bridge and lunch.
BUNCO
Roll the dice with new and old friends the second Wednesday of each month at a member’s home. No experience is necessary.
CHICK FLICKS
Join us for lunch and a movie the first Wednesday of each month.
CYCLING GROUP
We will meet once or twice a month for a leisurely ride on a local trail. Men and women are welcome.
GAD-ABOUTS
Learn about interesting things the Bay Area has to offer by visiting them with a group of friends. Each month we visit a selected location featuring themes such as the outdoors, art, music, theater, and museums. Carpools are available.
Game Day
Join us for a fun afternoon playing games such as Canasta, Mah Jongg and Mexican Train with new games coming.
Hiking
Hikes will be approximately six miles in area forests, moving at a moderately brisk pace on rugged dirt trails.
LADIES’ NIGHT OUT
This group meets once a month and is “for ladies only.” We visit restaurants in the area, often that have “Happy Hour” specials and typically meet on Wednesday nights. Dates and times may change each month.
LUNCHEONS
Join us for our monthly luncheons held on the third Thursday of the month at various area restaurants and clubs. (The holiday luncheon in December is sometimes held a week early.) The luncheons provide an opportunity to meet many women who are making Northwest Hillsborough County their new home, with our formal luncheons offering stimulating programs.
MAH JONGG
This ancient Chinese game is played with tiles. There are four players to a table, and games are played every Tuesday.
NATURE WALKS
Explore our beautiful local parks with a 2 - 3 mile walk on paved or unpaved trails. Pack lunch or a snack to enjoy afterward. A great way to spend time outdoors with friends.
WINE TIME / WINERS
If you have a passion for wine, this group might be for you. We share knowledge and wine to enhance our appreciation of global regions and grape varietals. Build your wine confidence in a relaxed atmosphere in members’ homes, where we’ll taste and discuss the attributes of the fruit of the vine.
